To get a refund or cancellation, please follow the steps below.
1- Send an email to BibleStudy@ChristCrossNecklace.com, telling us you’re ready to stop your monthly membership. This means we no longer have permission to take the automatic payments for your monthly membership out of your bank account. We will respond back to you from the same email (BibleStudy@ChristCrossNecklace.com)
2- We will cancel your membership right away
3- Once it’s canceled and you are removed from the monthly membership, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm this action
This will stop all further payments from being taken from your bank account
